Support is not a luxury,

it's a lifeline

We are a team of experienced and passionate mental health professionals bridging the gap between young people and community services. We provide early, restorative support for young people struggling with their mental health, giving families the reassurance and space to begin healing alongside them. Your young person doesn’t have to wait until crisis point to access support - we’re here to help.

We understand how scary it can be for you and your young person to navigate mental health difficulties, especially when those struggles begin to affect their daily life, relationships, sense of self and safety.  We sit with families who are emotionally exhausted because there is simply no support available. We have seen young people become more unwell whilst they sit on waiting lists for up to 2 years.

At Rest to Reset, we envision a world where young people feel heard, understood and empowered by professionals before things reach a crisis point...Whether they need space to stabilise, develop coping strategies, or simply take a break from the pressures they’re facing, our team provides personalised support to meet them where they are. You are the expert on your young person, we're simply here to make things feel a little bit easier - you don't have to manage everything alone.

And while we care for your loved one, we know that giving the whole family space to rest and reset is part of their healing too. Because when you're emotionally exhausted, it's impossible to give your all. Our mission is to create a safe space where understanding, rest, and recovery can begin for both young people and their families, in the most familiar setting - home.

We are a team of dedicated mental health professionals providing individualised support for your young person in the comfort of their own home. We take time to get to know them - what they need, how they like to be supported, and what helps them feel safe.

Support might look like daily, or weekly visits for meaningful emotional support, help with planning routines or schedules, or engaging in calming, anxiety-reducing activities. It might also involve developing a behaviour support plan that helps them recognise triggers, practise grounding strategies, and build healthier coping skills - for example, using communication cards to express when they need to talk or when they’d like a distraction from difficult thoughts or urges. This not only empowers your young person but also helps parents and staff step in early, before things reach crisis point.

Our role is to complement the loving support you already provide - especially while waiting for specialist treatment (such as CAMHS) or during the transition home after hospital care. We focus on building motivation, life skills, and confidence, making this adjustment feel a little more manageable.

Above all, we aim to be a trusted adult your young person can lean on and a reliable support network that gives you the space to recharge emotionally - so you can continue to give your best to the person who means the most

What Parents Say

We can honestly say she has never received better care from any healthcare professional in her life, and she has seen a huge number over the years. We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending these lovely humans and giving them the highest honour a parent can bestow by allowing them to look after our most precious loved one...

They provided her with a safe, positive, consistent and enriching experience every day. Their communication with us as parents was friendly, professional and extremely well informed. The team always did their best to include any other family member that was there...and made them feel like they were important too...

To leave your child with anyone is extremely difficult but when there are additional needs or challenging behaviours it's almost impossible to believe that they can be cared for as well as you would care for them yourselves, but this is the closest you can come.
